• Wig rental membership plans (e.g., single rentals, multiple rentals, unlimited swaps).

• Hair restoration treatments and scalp health solutions.

• Holistic spa treatments, including aromatherapy and rejuvenation therapies.

• Premium braiding and wig installation services.

2. Eligibility

• Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and older.

• Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Confirmation will be sent via email or text.

• Rescheduling/Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.

4. Wig Rentals and Membership Plans

• Membership Plans: Clients can choose from various rental plans, including single-use rentals, multiple rentals per month, or unlimited swaps.

• Rental Conditions: Rented wigs must be returned in their original condition. Fees may apply for damage, excessive wear, or late returns.

• Cancellation of Membership: Membership plans can be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Refunds for unused rental days are not available.

5. Custom Cranial Prostheses and Medical Wigs

• Fittings and Orders: Custom products are crafted based on client measurements and preferences. Accurate specifications are required.

• Non-Refundable Policy: All custom products are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

• Alterations: Adjustments to custom products may incur additional fees.

6. Holistic Beauty Services

• Disclaimer: Holistic treatments are designed to promote relaxation and well-being but are not substitutes for medical advice or treatments.

• Client Responsibility: Clients must inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.

7. Pricing and Payments

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Deposits: Certain services require a deposit to confirm the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices for services and products. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by pricing changes.

• Product Returns: Only unopened, non-custom products in their original packaging are eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase.
